Fault Finding:

So you have a problem with your PC, laptop, or network? Here's what to do:

1. Give me a call, text or e-mail, and briefly describe the problem

2. If you can drop it round to me, it'll be cheaper for you

3. Or I can come to your house or place of work. If possible I'll fix it there, or if more work is required I'll take it back to the workshop.

Tuition:

Got a new computer and can't get it to do what you want? Or you're not sure what those little icons are at the bottom of the screen?

Or you want to set up an e-mail address? Or perhaps you're worried about getting a virus on your system?

Well worry no longer! I'll set you up with all you need for trouble-free computing, so that you can get on what what you want the computer to do for you, not what the PC wants you to do for it!

Upgrades:

Is your computer running slow? Has your internet become the World Wide Wait? You may need to have an upgrade. Just by replacing some parts, or giving it a few special "tweaks", your PC or laptop could be speeded up. Or, it may be time for a new system, to get the best out of the new software programs available today. Call me and I'll give you unbiased and fair advice, and undertake any work required.

Need a web site? Using the renowned Moonfruit website building system, I can create a site ideally suited to your needs.

For a one-off fee I will design the site and register the domain name of your choice (where available). Then for a monthly fee I will maintain the site and make any additions/alterations for you. Alternatively, for a reduced fee you can update the site yourself.
